I’m trying to use the KB837513 method to restore my personal domain controller.Method

Method 1: Troubleshoot DNS with (domain name)

I didn’t go into dcdiag under any circumstances. Throws an error when in my domain controller:
Event ID 1030, but also 1097 5 every minute
After a reboot, I get both event id 1030 and event id 1097 in my
