The easiest option is to hang something like posting.

For the wireframe, if you just want to wireframe the entire game, you just need to set the docs to set SetRenderState and Override/force d3drs_fillmode to the value of the wireframe.

We’d love to help, but you may not have explained what you’re trying to do at all (screenshots or videos of your work, or a detailed explanation would help). On the other hand, when you say that you can never compile something, it means that you are trying to compile someone else’s place in order to get a DLL that can be injected into the game.movie is an online game. Right?
